NeeDoh restocks: where to buy the Nice Cube at retail price

Where NeeDoh restocks land at Target, Walmart and Amazon, which squishes sell out first, and how to get a heads-up the moment the Nice Cube is back.

A NeeDoh is a few dollars of squish, and the hot ones are harder to find than a console. A new colour or a seasonal drop lands, the Nice Cube is gone from the aisle by the weekend, and the listings online flip to resellers asking several times the shelf price. Catching one at retail is not luck. It is knowing which stores restock them, which squishes vanish first, and being told the moment one is back instead of refreshing. This guide covers all three, and every squish named here has a live page with today's price and stock.

Where NeeDoh restocks happen

NeeDoh comes back at the same handful of stores, and each behaves a little differently. Target, Walmart and Amazon show as online rows on every NeeDoh product page here, with the price, the status and the time we last looked.

  • Target. The NeeDoh store. The fidget aisle gets the core line, and the seasonal collections (Squishmas, NeeDohween, the countdown calendars) land there first and in the most colours. Online stock comes and goes in short windows. How Target shows here.
  • Walmart. Carries the core line and some of the seasonal ones, and its listing pages mix Walmart's own stock with marketplace sellers. We count it as in stock only when Walmart itself is selling.
  • Amazon. Same rule: it counts when Amazon is the seller, at a price close to retail. A marketplace listing at a markup shows as "Resellers only" and never triggers a heads-up.
  • Best Buy. Doesn't carry NeeDoh, so there is no Best Buy row on these pages. If that changes, the row shows up like any other store's.
  • Five Below, Learning Express and your local toy shop. The places hunters swear by. Five Below gets the Nice Cube and the seasonal squishes at its own price, and independent toy stores get cases that never show up online. We don't track them, so make them a habit on your way past, and check the pages here for the big three.

What sells out first

Not every squish disappears at the same speed. The same ones go first, drop after drop:

We'd rather show you than guess. Each product page carries its last restock and, once a squish has come back enough times here, the days and hours it tends to return. Until then the page says there isn't enough data yet, and the status beside each store is today's answer.

"Resellers only" is not a restock

You'll see this status a lot on NeeDoh pages, the Nice Cube's most of all. It means a marketplace seller on Target, Walmart or Amazon has the item, not the store itself. We don't count that as in stock and we don't send a heads-up for it, unless the reseller's price is close to retail. The moment the store sells it itself, the row turns green and the heads-up goes out. What every status means.

How to get a heads-up

We'll let you know when it's back. Pick how: email, Discord, Telegram, or Bluesky.

  • Email. Open the squish's page and tap Notify me. Confirm your address once, and you get one heads-up per restock with the link to our page, where the store that has it sits at the top. Unsubscribe is one tap.
  • Discord. Every NeeDoh restock posts in the collectibles channel the moment it happens. The invite is on every product page.
  • Telegram and Bluesky. The same restocks, as a channel and a feed, for people who live on their phone.

Follow the squish, not the store: one alert covers every store we check for it. Here's what a heads-up looks like. For the whole shelf at once, every NeeDoh we track is one page, and the collectibles shelf has the squishes beside everything else that sells out.

Checking stores near you

Store shelves are Best Buy only for now, and Best Buy doesn't carry NeeDoh, so the ZIP form on a NeeDoh page has nothing to show you yet. Target store checks are coming: the store list for your ZIP is already built, and when the check goes live it will sit on these pages too.

Until then, Target and Walmart are online rows here, so a sold-out row says nothing about the store down the road. Those aisles turn over on their own trucks, and asking at the counter still works. The same goes for Five Below and the toy shop on your high street.

Buy at the shelf price, and stop there

The price on the store's shelf tag is the price. Every NeeDoh comes back at it, usually more than once. A few habits that keep the hobby fun:

  • Pay the shelf price or wait. A restock at retail is coming. A reseller's markup on a squish is money you don't get back.
  • Colours may vary. Most listings say so, and they mean it: you get the colour that ships. If you want a specific one, the aisle is the place, not the cart.
  • Respect the limit. Where a store caps how many of a hot squish one person can buy, one per person keeps the restock going round.
  • Buy what you'll squish. This is a guide for people who want one in their hand. We don't give flipping advice, and we won't.

Quick answers

When does Target restock NeeDoh?

There is no fixed schedule that holds for long, and anyone selling you one is guessing. New colours and seasonal collections arrive in waves, and each wave sells out again. Each product page here shows its last restock and, once a squish has come back enough times, the days and hours it tends to return.

Where can I buy a NeeDoh Nice Cube at retail price?

Target, Walmart, Amazon when Amazon itself is the seller, Five Below and local toy shops. Our Nice Cube pages show the first three with live price and stock. Five Below and the toy shop you check yourself.

Why does the Nice Cube say sold out or "Resellers only"?

Because that is where it sits most days. It sells out fast online and comes back in short windows. "Resellers only" means a marketplace seller has it at their price, not the store. A heads-up goes out when the store itself has it back.

Are the Squeezy Carrot and Squeezy Banana NeeDoh?

No. Sunny Days makes them. They sit on the same shelf, squish about the same and sell out just as fast, so we track them beside the NeeDoh line on their own Sunny Days page.

Do you show NeeDoh stock near me?

Not yet. Store shelves are Best Buy only, and Best Buy doesn't carry NeeDoh. Target store checks are coming. Until then Target, Walmart and Amazon are online rows here.

Can I get NeeDoh restock alerts on Discord?

Yes. Every NeeDoh restock posts in the collectibles channel on Discord the moment it happens, and on Telegram and Bluesky too. Email alerts are per squish: tap Notify me on its page.

Can I pick the colour?

Usually not online. Most NeeDoh listings say colours may vary, and the store ships whatever is in the case. The aisle is the one place you get to choose.
